Is there a minimum order size?


No, there isn’t. We will collect any order sizes. However all orders will be charged a standard delivery fee.




How do I schedule my first order?


You can schedule your first pickup through call, whatsapp, email or the chat on our website. Kindly email us at care@relek.my if you are having any difficulties.




Could I receive a delivery if I'm away from home?


Yes u can, just inform us ahead or when we contact you prior to a delivery, so we know where you would like your order to be left. However, we require that you to be present on the first pickup for us to guide you on the full process.




Which areas do you serve?


Currently, we provide our services exclusively in Subang Jaya and Sunway only. Get in touch with us if you would like us to service your area as well.




What is the pickup & delivery fee?


Standard fee is RM5.99 for areas in Subang Jaya & Sunway. Other areas nearby will be charged RM9.99. The fees include pickup and delivery.

How do I schedule a pickup & drop off?


If you are a new customer, the best way to schedule your first pick up is by getting in touch with us here.

If you are already a customer, feel free to text us and we’ll come by to take care of you.




What happens if I place an order after 6pm?


We will do our best to try and attend to you after our 5pm deadline, but we cannot guarantee it. The best option would be to have your order picked up the next day.




When will my clothes be ready?


Typically, it takes about 2-3 days for your clothes to be ready for delivery after pick up. For example, if your clothes were picked up on Sunday, they will be ready for delivery by the following Wednesday.




What happens if I miss a pickup or delivery, or wish to cancel at the last minute?


You can always reschedule or cancel a pickup 10 minutes before the requested window, however, if you cancel a delivery within 10 minutes of your window, there is a RM10 fee that will be imposed on your bill for the attempt to make delivery





Billing & Payments

How do I pay?


Currently, we accept payments through cash and bank transfer only. Payment of the full amount due has to be made before or at the point of delivery.




Why are there delivery fees for my orders?


This amount is how we cover the pickup and delivery cost of our service.




How will I know how much my order is?


You will receive a bill from us via text a few hours after pickup which includes your order total and types of clothes collected.
